The Anatomy of the Typeface
This typeface features a fully 3D, inflated, organic alphabet with a soft, tactile feel. The lowercase letters appear as blurred shadows behind the uppercase forms, creating depth and a sense of movement.
Opposites Attraction
Opposing forces appear through contrast in motion—smooth flows versus abrupt cuts, bright highlights versus deep shadows, or organic curves versus silhouettes—showing how conflict and balance coexist.
Polished Tactile Form
The texture has a glossy, marbled surface with soft wrinkles and subtle creases that give it a tactile, almost inflated feel. Light reflects smoothly across the form, creating a polished, stone-like sheen while the delicate folds add depth and realism. The combination of shine and gentle distortion makes the shape feel both organic and sculpted.
Initial Sketches & Timing Notes
Early sketches mapped the visual contrast of the duality theme, while timing notes defined how each transition would express the tension and harmony between both sides.
